The hard-touring Psychedelic Furs today announced another lengthy round of North American dates this summer in support of their new album Made of Rain, this time going out with L.A. punk legends X — reprising their touring team-up from 2018.
The Furs’ 23-date run with X begins July 6 in Huber Heights, Ohio, and continues through Aug. 12 in St. Helena, Calif. Public on-sale for all shows is 10 a.m. local time on Friday, April 1, but a presale starts 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 30. See the band’s website for full details.
Both the Psychedelic Furs and X are touring in support of 2020 records that marked their first new albums in decades: the Furs’ Made of Rain, the band’s first new album in 29 years, and X’s Alphabetland, that band’s first new album in 27 years.
