Echo & The Bunnymen today announced a pair of warm-up concerts in San Diego and San Luis Obispo, Calif., in the days leading up to the band’s appearance at the Morrissey-headlined Cruel World festival outside of Los Angeles in early May.
The Bunnymen will play Humphreys Concerts by the Bay in San Diego on April 30 and the Fremont Theater in San Luis Obispo on May 1. Tickets for both go on sale this Friday, March 6.
The band then will join Bauhaus, Blondie, Devo, The Psychedelic Furs, Violent Femmes, The Church, The English Beat, Public Image Ltd., Gary Numan and more at the massive and very sold-out Cruel World festival at the Grounds at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, Calif., on May 2.
