The Arkive — the archival wing of the Beggars Group — today launches a new 50-song, 3 1/2-hour curated playlist spotlighting some of the classic music, and deeper cuts, released throughout the 1980s by its labels 4AD, Beggars Banquet, Situation Two and more.
Christened “You Haven’t Found It Yet” — Choice Cuts from the Beggars Group Archives, the Spotify playlist can be listened to directly on the streaming service or via the widget below.
The playlist features tracks from better-known acts like The Fall, Bauhaus, The Cult, Cocteau Twins, This Mortal Coil, Gary Numan, Pixies, Love and Rockets and The Birthday Party, as well as more underground fare from the likes of King Blank, Thee Hypnotics, Folk Devils and more.
