This Sunday’s episode of “Dark Wave” on Sirius XM satellite radio’s 1stWave channel will spotlight Cherry Red Records’ forthcoming Silhouettes & Statues: A Gothic Revolution 1978-1986, featuring selections from the 5-disc box set throughout the three-hour program.
The box set, which is due out June 30 and is available for pre-order now, features an impressive array of key acts of the era, from big names like Joy Division, Bauhaus, The Sisters of Mercy, Love and Rockets, and The Mission to lesser-known groups such as Folk Devils, Lowlife and Inca Babies.
