Admittedly, I’m a hard sell when it comes to alternative radio shows. Most of the music played during these programs are (at least) 30 years old and we’ve heard the “hits” hundreds if not thousands of times. I had my reservations about a show calling itself “Dark Wave” but I think that playlist is absolutely exceptional and it reflects that the hosts really know their stuff.
Hey Matt, can you play “Kingdom” from Dave Gahan during the next show? Thanks.
I know the show’s tonight, but hope you can play Out of the Ordinary’s “The Dream (Acid Mix)” since it’s MLK Day on Monday – Cheers!
I haven’t ever heard that version of Spellbound before, but I think I like the studio version better because it’s more to the point. You know, this stuff happens.
How about playing Joy Division Shadowplay?
