Johnny Marr, legendary guitarist and co-founder of The Smiths, will follow up his U.K. tour this fall with a return to the U.S. later this year in support of his forthcoming solo album Playland.
UPDATE: Although a 17-date U.S. tour had been posted on Marr’s Facebook page Tuesday night, it has since been removed and we have taken down those dates at the request of Marr’s label, which insists they were not yet confirmed and mistakenly posted.
