BACKSTORY: Cherry Red this week, in the U.K., chronicles the career of a second under-acknowledged indie-pop act, this time the Birmingham band Mighty Mighty, with a 2CD set featuring 36 tracks, including “Is There Anybody Out There?,” “Throwaway,” “Everybody Knows the Monkey,” “You’re On My Mind” and more.
