The reunited New Order — Bernard Sumner, Stephen Morris, Gillian Gilbert , 2000s-era guitarist Phil Cunningham and Bad Lieutenant bassist Tom Chapman — continues to expand its 2012 touring plans, today announcing a four-date U.K. tour this spring in addition to its first confirmed European summer festivals.
The Peter Hook-less group will play a short run of spring shows in its native U.K, including gigs in Manchester, Birmingham, London and Glasgow, and has confirmed appearances at summer festivals in France, Serbia and Spain — with a promise, on the band’s website, of “more to follow.”
