Stream: Cassettes Won’t Listen covers Pixies’ ‘Hey’ — off 1989’s ‘Doolittle’

Last fall, we shared a new cover of Duran Duran’s early ’90s comeback smash “Ordinary World” recorded by one-man electropop outfit Cassettes Won’t Listen — aka Brooklyn’s Jason Drake, who previously has released his own versions of The Cure’s “Let’s Go to Bed” and INXS’s “Need You Tonight.” Now Drake’s posted another cover of an ’80s alt classic for all to enjoy: the Pixies’ “Hey.” Check it out below, via Prefix.
