There’s still more than a week before R.E.M.’s career-capping best-of is released, but, thanks to NPR, you can now stream the full 40-song Part Lies, Part Heart, Part Truth, Part Garbage: 1982-2011 — which, for fans, means 37 songs you know and love plus those three new tracks.
