To absolutely nobody’s surprise, the reissues of My Bloody Valentine’s two albums — 1988’s Isn’t Anything and 1991’s Loveless — have been pushed back for the umpteenth time. Originally due in June 2008, the remastered albums had been scheduled for release this past week; now Amazon.co.uk shows a Jan. 25 release, while Ideal Copy and CDWow.us report Feb. 8. Yet Ideal Copy isn’t holding its breath: Its New Year’s newsletter includes the quip, “Fingers crossed that the My Bloody Valentine reissues come out this year…”
