BACKSTORY: The eight albums featured in this new box set — Autobahn, Radio-Activity, Trans Europe Express, The Man-Machine, Computer World, Techno Pop, The Mix, Tour De France —were reissued individually last month, but the set finally arrives this week in the U.K. (although the U.S. version is delayed again until next week).

BACKSTORY: The 2006 expanded, two-disc reissue of the ex-Teardrop Explodes frontman’s 1992 solo album gets a belated U.S. release this week. The set’s first disc features the album’s original 16 tracks, while the second disc has 14 bonus tracks, including eight previously unreleased cuts — such as a 22-minute version of “Poet is a Priest.”

BACKSTORY: The late-’70s, female-fronted San Francisco punk act — which reunited a few years back — this week releases a double-disc reissue of its 1983 self-titled compilation album, aka “The Pink Album,” which collected the band’s recorded output, and now includes a bonus disc with 16 previously unreleased live and studio tracks.
