Strong last hour this week!
I’d like to request some Pop Will Eat Itself for next week.
Continuing to go deep for requests:
“How Ghosts Affect Relationships” by His Name Is Alive
“Teenage Enema Nurses In Bondage” by Killer Pussy
I just loved that song No Motion by Dif Juz, and Lead into Gold. Goodnight!!
Thanks for the Dif Juz! What do you think of Einsturzende Neubaten – Yu Gung (Adrian Sherwood Remix) or Yello – Bostich?
Keep up the great work!
Great show Matt! Just when I thought you you It doesn’t get better, you top yourself with another amazing great show. You started the show with a great Smith’s song and ended on a high note with a great Depeche Mode song! Every thing between was beautiful! Just wish I savor this forever! What a great way to end the weekend! Highlight of the week!
Great show as always!
For next week:
Clan of Xymox-Creature
Great show, one slight correction, it’s “One man’s meat”,, not “moat”, by Fad Gadget.
Excellent show as always! Some suggestions for next week:
Slowdive – Machine Gun
Dinosaur Jr. – No Bones
Deux – Game and Performance
Pop-O-Pies
Fascists Eat Doughnuts
Another great night, Matt.
Next week I’d love to hear a little Tackhead, “Hard Left” if possible.
I’d like to request Candleland from the album Candleland by Ian McCulloch
Great show last night!
Great show tonight Matt!
Hi Matt! Thank you for another stellar show. I just lost my very dear friend, Alex (going to FL for his memorial services this upcoming weekend.) I was wondering if you could play some Sugarcubes or Ministry, your choice. Any song by them reminds me of him and our crazy days in Miami back in the 90s. Thank you!
Dug the mix of tunes this week, Matt!
Here are a couple requests for a possible DW in the near future –
The Cramps – Sunglasses After Dark
Gary Numan – M.E. (or any tune from the recent birthday boy)
Thanks as always!
Hi Matt!! I love your show so much that I wait and stream it Friday at 2pm at work. Then it “plays me out” for the rest of the day when I leave at 5. Also really like the new voice overs during the show. Thanks and Take care-
Not sure if it makes the date range, but Big Electric Cat (the band from Australia), or The Cult.
Just like many others I listen 6 days later on a Saturday long run. Thank you for keeping all of us going! Every week I realize that I missed out on so much cool music when I was young. Agree with the Yello requested. If I could please request Ultravox Mr. X as they are my ultimate favorite band.
I have to agree with a prior comment: great show overall, but Hour 3 really killed it. Great mix.
Can you play some Red Lorry Yellow Lorry? Either
“Happy to See Me” off Bloe
or
“Sometimes” Is that off Talk About the Weather or Paint Your Wagon? Can’t recall.
Thanks.
Matt – truly epic show last night!
Exploding Boy is an all time fav! And Dif Juz?!! So great…. too to bottom killer setlist.
For Next week:
