Synth-rock legends New Order will return to the U.S. in mid-January for a concert in Miami, the band announced this weekend, though it’s not known whether the performance will be part of a broader American tour or a one-off concert on the way back from a Chilean make-up date.
New Order will play the 3,000-capacity Fillmore Miami Beach on Jan. 12. A pre-sale for tickets begins Dec. 13, with the general on-sale following on Dec. 14. See New Order’s site for further details.
That concert follows a Jan. 19 show in Santiago, Chile, that is a make-up date for a gig in November the band had to cancel when its gear didn’t arrive in time from Mexico City. So far, New Order only has announced three other concerts for 2019: appearances in Greece, Ireland and Italy in June and July.
See the band’s current tour dates below.

Jan. 12: Fillmore Miami Beach, Miami, FL, USA

July 7: Summer Series, Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland
