For this week’s installment of Vintage Video, we offer this fantastic hour-long set by New Order that was filmed at a Belgian club in late 1985 for TV broadcast — and it’s been synced up with audio remastered by The Analog Loyalist (who you may remember from this New Order treasure).
It’s a great — and great-sounding — Low-Life era set, with excellent performances of “The Perfect Kiss” and “Temptation,” among others. You may even notice Bernard Sumner jamming on a little “All Along the Watchtower” in the gap between “Subculture” and “Atmosphere.”

What an incredible show.
Untouchable.
I’ve actually had this excellent show since 1986 (lesser quality conversion though, 1989 better conversion decks came out for PAL format).
Almost untouchable, if it weren’t for the Bunnymen
