Chicago reissue label Numero Group — which has been teasing a major Hüsker Dü project since last fall — this afternoon offered up the first taste of its work, releasing via digital channels a newly remastered edition of the band’s 1983 debut studio album Everything Falls Apart.
Numero shared a Spotify stream of the record on Facebook, writing:
“As we inch closer to announcing our first Hüsker Dü project, why not bide your time with this fresh remaster of Everything Falls Apart?”
We recapped everything we know about Numero’s Hüskers project last week, and the reference to “our first Hüsker Dü project” certainly lines up with rumors that multiple box sets are on the way.
While we wait for details, stream the newly remastered Everything Falls Apart via Spotify below, or buy downloads of the new digital edition — which bears a 2017 Numero Group copyright — through Amazon.
