For this week’s “120 Minutes” Rewind, we present a “120 X-Ray” segment on Killing Joke from 1989 that features Jaz Coleman testifying against the “frivolous nature of materialism” — he actually appears to be reading from a prepared statement — and host Dave Kendall dropping some serious knowledge about the changing times: “As the ’80s turn into the ’90s, everything is in turmoil. But the writing on the wall remains the same. It reads: ‘Push, push, struggle.”
