My Bloody Valentine will return to the U.S. for the first time since 2009 when the band co-headlines, along with Yeah Yeah Yeahs, the 2013 installment of FYF Fest in Los Angeles this August, organizers announced this week.
The festival, set for Aug. 24-25 in L.A. State Historic Park, also will include sets by FLAG — featuring former Black Flag members — as The Breeders performing Last Splash, The Melvins, Jonathan Richman, Roky Erickson, TV on the Radio, Yo La Tengo and many more.
It’s not yet known whether MBV will play other U.S. shows this year.
