Three years, 2,172 individual posts, 3.8 million total pageviews. But out of all that, what are the most popular headlines on Slicing Up Eyeballs since this site launched on Feb. 20, 2009? Well, as you can see from the list below, they involve news about Nirvana, The Cure, U2, The Smiths, Daniel Ash and Depeche Mode.
Half of the Top 10 posts came in 2011, which makes sense, since the site had more pageviews last year than in 2009 and 2010 combined. And, in the interest of full disclosure, that Nirvana post is only No. 1 because of a single link on Reddit, which generated more views in a single day than the current No. 2 post, announcing the Disintegration reissue, has racked up since October 2009.

Yeah, The Cure at 2nd place looks good to me…because it’s their best album that’s why it got more views…:)
This just reminded me that the Cure never did re-release In Orange on DVD like promised. Sad.
Eh ? Daniel Ash got more clicks than REM , Jesus & Mary Chain, Bunnymen , Cocteau Twins, Morrissey solo…………….
I demand a recount !!!!
