What began as a modest U.K. tour this June by Morrissey continues to grow, with a new round of eight European concerts added to the itinerary in recent days — resulting in a trek that now stretches 25 dates and goes into August.
Moz’s tour originally was to run from June 15 to July 2, comprising 10 U.K. dates that include slots at the Glastonbury and Hop Farm festivals. Earlier this month, the ex-Smiths frontman added three more U.K. dates in July plus two concerts apiece in Denmark and Sweden.
Now comes more: According to True to You, Morrissey will perform in Germany, Austria, Poland, Ireland, Belgium, Holland and on the Isle of Man between July 18 and Aug. 5 (see dates below). It’s not known whether there’ll be more.
