For this week’s installment of “120 Minutes” Rewind, we present 20 minutes of footage from the May 3, 1992, episode that was co-hosted by Peter Murphy to mark the release of his then-new solo album Holy Smoke. Murphy chats with Dave Kendall about the recording of the album.

For this week’s installment of Vintage Video, we again turn to the era-defining West German TV show “Rockpalast” and this 1984 performance by INXS, who, in the course of 90 minutes, run through 20 songs from the band’s early catalog — including future classics “Don’t Change,” “Black and White” and “The Original Sin.”

Depeche Mode made its second foray onto late-night American television to promote its new album Spirit, appearing on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” on Monday night to perform “Where’s the Revolution.” The band played the same song last month on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
