As The Replacements build suspense about something “coming soon,” Paul Westerberg today released the second new song in a week from his own mysterious new project, a bouncy pop number called “Got it Made” that rides along on synths and a simple drum-machine beat.
The song is much more accessible than the track shared Monday by Soundcloud user 964848511 and posted to a site titled Dry Wood Garage, a presumed play on Westerberg’s publishing company Dry Wood Music. That song had been uploaded as “2HAWK_1,” but has been retitled “Hawk Ripping At Your Throat.”
