The reunion of goth-rock legends Bauhaus continues to expand beyond the three shows the band played in Hollywood, with the announcement of a fifth 2020 date: an appearance at the Release Festival in Athens, Greece, on June 12.
It’s the band’s second European festival date. A pre-sale for the Release Festival appearance begins today.
Bauhaus — Peter Murphy, Daniel Ash, Kevin Haskins, David J — also will perform in London, México City and New York City, as well as Barcelona’s Primavera Sound festival, between April and June.
The band played its first concerts in 13 years last fall, beginning with shows on Nov. 3 and 4 at the 5,000-capacity Hollywood Palladium, then a third date, Dec. 1, at the same venue.
