As it’s now Aug. 12 in most of the world, Kate Bush’s new “Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)” [2012 Remix] has gone on sale in the U.K., Australia and beyond — although there’s still no sign of it on the U.S. versions of iTunes or Amazon. Nevertheless, you can hear the 5:31-long track — which is less a major re-working of the song than a new vocal, akin to last year’s Director’s Cut album — via ATRL at the link below. The track’s release is rumored to tie in somehow with Sunday’s closing ceremony of the London Olympics.

OOF WHY KATE? WHY?
thank you so much for posting this, I did want to hear the remix
and I’m glad she just re-did the vocals. The song is classic.
