The AV Club recently launched Undercover 2012 — the third round in its “let’s have a band cram into a small, round room and cover a song off a list” web series — and the latest clip finds Canadian dream-pop outfit Memoryhouse giving The Police’s frenetic 1981 hit “Everything Little Thing She Does Is Magic” a seriously languid makeover.
Still left on the AV Club’s list of songs to be covered on this go-around: Violent Femmes’ “Kiss Off,” The Pretenders’ “Back on the Chain Gang,” New Order’s “Bizarre Love Triangle” and Suicidal Tendencies’ “Institutionalized,” among others.

Memoryhouse does a couple different renditions of My Bloody Valentine’s “When You Sleep”, one of which is probably the best cover I’ve ever heard of the band. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSm_5TQiccM
I saw them do a completely different version of it live, which is on youtube somewhere, but with some pretty shoddy quality. Check out the first one though for sure.
