Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds today released the video for “Mermaids,” the third single off the band’s new album, Push the Sky Away, in the form of a live performance of the song from the band’s February album-release show in Los Angeles that was webcast around the world. The appropriately creepy performance features a children’s choir.
“Mermaids” will be released as a single May 20 as a download package that includes the studio version, a live version recorded in Berlin and non-album tracks “Needle Boy” and “Lightning Bolts.”
