Squeeze opens a Coachella-centered U.S. tour this week, and will be bringing along a new piece of merchandise: a limited-edition, white-vinyl concert album called Live at the Fillmore that was recorded at the historic San Francisco venue in August 2010. The 20-track live album will only be sold at the U.S. shows and via the band’s website; check out a track off the set, “Mumbo Jumbo,” that’s streaming below.
The album becomes officially available via the band’s site on April 14 (they’ve pressed 3,000 copies of the vinyl edition), then goes on sale through the usual digital outlets April 17. Fans who buy the vinyl will get a download card for the full live album and the band’s 2010 set of re-recorded greatest hits, Spot the Difference, plus a Squeeze sticker and poster.
No CD release has been announced.
