Alice Bag, co-founder of the iconic first-generation Los Angeles punk act The Bags, this spring will release her third solo album, a collection called Sister Dynamite that is being described as a return to the “full-throttle punk” that her late-’70s band perfected. Chicago’s Riot Fest this morning unveiled the lineup for its three-day September festival, which will be headlined by Nine Inch Nails, Queens of the Stone Age and a reunited Jawbreaker. Also on the bill: New Order, Ministry, Dinosaur Jr, X, Bad Brains, Buzzcocks, GBH, Fishbone and Alice Bag.
