David Byrne returned to “Saturday Night Live” last night for his third appearance in four decades, performing the Talking Heads classic “Once in a Lifetime” and the far more obscure cut “Toe Jam,” which he recorded in 2008 with Fatboy Slim’s The Brighton Port Authority project. New Order and Pet Shop Boys today added a second stop at the Hollywood Bowl to their co-headlining “Unity Tour” following a quick sellout of the Los Angeles venue. Tickets for the newly added 12th show of their joint tour, set for Oct. 3, go on sale at 12 p.m. local time Friday, March 6.
