The two-weekend Sasquatch! Music Festival — set for Memorial Day and Fourth of July weekends outside of Seattle — will feature performances by New Order, Kraftwerk, Soundgarden, Bob Mould, Violent Femmes alongside the likes of OutKast, The National, Queens of the Stone Age and many, many more.

The Cure’s two sold-out shows at London’s Royal Albert Hall in March are being billed as just the beginning of “a very busy 2014” for Robert Smith and Co., with the band today announcing plans to release the long-delayed companion to 2008’s 4:13 Dream and a series of live DVDs — and a third ‘Trilogy’ tour.

The Cure tonight announced a second concert at London’s famed Royal Albert Hall this March as part of the 14th annual Teenage Cancer Trust charity concert series “due to phenomenal demand,” saying the band’s first show sold out on pre-sales alone.

Peter Buck this month hosted his third-annual Todos Santos Music Festival in the southern Baja region of Mexico, a week-long event that featured performances by The Minus 5, Live’s Ed Kowalczyk, Drivin’ N Cryin’, The Dream Syndicate and, of course, Buck himself.
