Cherry Red Records continues to build up toward its upcoming 3CD expanded reissue of the self-titled 1988 debut from The House of Love, today offering up a second stream of a previously unreleased demo to be included in the upcoming release.
Posted below, “Hold On Me” (16-Track Demo) would be dusted off a decade later by frontman Guy Chadwick, who recorded for 1998 solo album Lazy, Soft & Slow. Check out both tracks below.
The expanded reissue of The House of Love arrives Nov. 26 in the U.K., and features 40 bonus tracks, including all 10 songs compiled on the so-called “German Album” and a full 19 previously unreleased tracks off an original demo cassette (see full tracklist).
