The reunion of The Three O’Clock hit national TV last night, as the Paisley Underground favorites stopped by “Conan” to perform their 1982 classic “With a Cantaloupe Girlfriend” in advance of the band’s appearances at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival this weekend and next. Check out that video posted above. The band — frontman Michael Quercio, drummer Danny Benair, guitarist Louis Gutierrez and Adam Merrin of The 88′s sitting in for original keyboardist Mickey Mariano — also will release a new compilation, The Hidden World Revealed, this summer.

Pretty cool! Nice to see them on such a high-profile venue.
Now bring the band up to Seattle, please!
Much love for The Three O’Clock, a band that never disappointed me, even after Prince got involved.
Oh, Michael, my big crush in my 80s college years. Still beautiful, still sexy, & still one of the most talented guys in the music biz.
And yes, I still have a mama-sized crush on him.
